It was tucked away so not noisy. Close to all areas that we needed to go. Staff were real friendly. Room was so clean. TV was crystal clear. Fee parking. What wasn't to like.

When I booked the room I booked 2 single beds and got a double and a sofa bed when I spoke to receptionist to complain the sofa bed was the most uncomfortable sleep I had ever had she told me they don’t have single beds but she changed our room immediately the sofa bed was more comfortable the girl on the reception was lovely very helpful I would definitely stay there again.

Parking is directly outside the building. Rooms were clean, bathrooms could do with a bit of work as quite dated and not as clean as would be expected. Stadf for check in were polite.

Like a tired premier inn, it was clean and did the job, just a shame a bit of maintenance would help it significantly. For us it was just a great location as we had a half marathon at the racecourse the next morning. Also great is the brewers fair buffet breakfast
