"This is an old school motel. Parking right outside your door. Continental breakfast was sparse, but the coffee was always hot. They have a bar/restaurant on premise. We spent a lot of time and money there! The view of the Pensacola Sound was outstanding. You can walk out quite a way. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. No frills, no pretense, just good old fashioned friendly people. We plan on returning next year!!"

"If you are looking for affordable beachfront property with free WiFi, clean rooms, friendly staff, and breakfast included—this is perfect for that purpose. We had a good stay. Front desk staff are wonderful and helpful. The location is close to restaurants and the boardwalk not to mention the beach. The pool is well maintained. We used the pool one time. They had flotation devices for small children which was perfect for us. Breakfast had options for a variety of needs. The food service staff? Excellent. I can’t leave an outstanding review for my stay because: the charcoal grill is an amenity, it is dated and needs replaced. I was disappointed. It’s usable but in bad shape internally. Some of the needed tools are broken so grilling is a frustration. It’s not cleaned and maintained by the hotel staff so you have to clean it yourself (which we did). Also, our bathtub wasn’t draining well. I ask the front desk to send someone to fix it. She happily did this. Housekeeping was supposed to come every other day during our stay but they didn’t. We had to call for the items needed. Overall, we had a good stay. Those things didn’t hinder the fun time we had and certainly wouldn’t be a reason to check out and go elsewhere. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean, breakfast included, and right on the beach. We enjoyed those things. One final thing, parking isn’t free here. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and I would stay again."
