The owners offered us help in so many ways, such as recommending us a bilingual tour guide and even lending their phones to contact the coordinator, undertaking laundry and boxing breakfasts when we had to go out early in the morning. 「I was tired from traveling when I first arrived, but the staff were gracious and very attentive. I do not speak much Spanish, but everyone was patient and we got on very well.
