The owners offered us help in so many ways, such as recommending us a bilingual tour guide and even lending their phones to contact the coordinator, undertaking laundry and boxing breakfasts when we had to go out early in the morning. 「Our first night was a bit rocky — our room was in the Historic area of the hotel, close to the road, and we could hear a neighboring dog barking. The next morning at breakfast, we only saw coffee, toast, cereal, and fruit, so we thought that was all that was available. 「This is a wonderful hotel with great service in the heart of old town but off the main street, thus avoiding the street noise. The owner, Alberto, is a wonderful man who had lived in the USA and returned to this family property to turn it into a hotel. The rooms are historic just as the building but very comfortable. The location is quite walkable to many of the historic sites, museums, and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. 」
