We stayed 10 days and the staff was excellent, very helpful. Room was clean and the wifi worked perfect. The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic and varied a little every day.

Breakfast was amazing, the staff, especially Yale, were so helpful finding places to go on tours, out for dinner and just about everywhere. Location was very close to two restaurants one block down the street. We were there Oct 8th to Oct 14th and we highly recommend going to stay there.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff at the reception and the breakfast. Gave a lot of information about the city - what to see, where to eat etc. The breakfast was made fresh - very tasty and with personal touch.

The loveliest one night stay at Friends Hotel. Checked me in as soon as I arrived even though it was many hours before check in time (greatly appreciated as I was so tired!) Clean, comfy room with a balcony giving views up the mountain. Delicious breakfast with great views from the rooftop. Couldn't be more accomodating. Wish I had stayed longer, will definitely be back!

Customer service was wonderful. Helpful, attentive, diligent. Breakfast was very nice too: eggs, quesadilla, fruit juice, fruits, coffee. All with an incredible view of the Virgen de El Panecillo. The small detail of writing your name on the fruit plate is a very nice touch. The bed was comfortable, spotless clean, with a very ergonomic design. I strongly recommend the Friends Hotel & Rooftop.

Great place to stay, the staff is amazing. They helped us with a very late check-in and airport transfer. Location is perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. Super clean and breakfast was fantastic. Thanks for making our stay memorable. Yale is the best!!

I loved this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, and easy to communicate with thought my stay (I have to especially give a shout out to Yale who I interacted with the most). The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent shower too. My room had an incredible view, and though there was some loud street noise at times, it didn’t impact my sleep (though light sleepers might want to bring earplugs). The breakfast was a highlight as well. It was different each morning of my stay, and always delicious. Location was very convenient. Many sights were easy to walk to, and many choices for restaurants nearby as well. If I ever return to Quito I would definitely stay here again!
