「We loved our stay at this hotel! The owners offered us help in so many ways, such as recommending us a bilingual tour guide and even lending their phones to contact the coordinator, undertaking laundry and boxing breakfasts when we had to go out early in the morning. The property was very clean and the housekeeper even washed our cooking equipment left in the kitchen. The breakfast was delicious and professional. 「ホテル全体の掃除もスタッフ総出でテキパキ動いており気持ちが良い。 静かで落ち着きますがホテル周辺は商店が２件ほどで食事や買い物に行くには歩いて20分ほどかかるのでその点は不便です。」

「部屋も広く、清潔で快適でした。海岸沿いの賑やかなところからは１５分程度離れた場所だが、近くにローカルのマーケットもあります。キッチンもしっかりあります。」

「フェリー乗り場から遠くない位置にあり、マーケットや空港も徒歩圏内です。部屋は広く、wifiや従業員についても申し分ありません。リピートしたい宿泊施設です。」

「きめの細かいところまではサービスが行き届きません。アクティビティの案内や周辺のマップくらいはカタログとかあるとわかりやすいのに残念です。」

「気に入った点①客室の設備は必ずしも新しいとも言えないが清潔感を感じる基本的な作りになっている。➁冷房あり③スーパーまで600m位④泳でみたくなる雰囲気のあるプール気になった点➊フェリー下船後バスで行く場合は位置をしっかり把握していったほうが良い。ただ、地元では名の通っているホテルみたいなので聞けば問題ないみたい。」

「Beautiful view and very friendly staff. You do have to take a water taxi ($1 and operates 24/7) to the main part of downtown Santa Cruz but the view is worth it! Also it’s across from The Point by Midoro which as an amazing view and food. I would stay there again! 」
