"This hotel was absolutely perfect for our adventure to the Galapagos- the location was ideal and the property was pristine. The staff was so kind and hospitable- the manager , Ana, made us feel like family, as did all whom we interacted with. We will definitely be returning to this property and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the charming Puerto Ayora !"

"This property is incredible and so uniquely different in our opinions. We did a fair amount of research and comparisons before we booked this hotel and the stay recently has proved that we made the right choice. This hotel is in the highlands so a taxi is required to get into town but we expected that so it is not an issue. The host was very welcoming, the services were top notch and friendly. The property has a homely feeling and Sava the dog was a delight to be hanging around with. The daily sightings of the tortoises was the highlight of our stay as we love love them. All in all, it was a very enjoyable and memorable stay for us and we will always appreciate it. Thank you to the team who worked so hard to make our stay such an incredible experience. This "
