「We booked for a 2 bed, 2 adult and a child, and got 3 double beds in a huge room on the top floor, room 312. The pool is heated and nice, and the adjacent hot tub is super nice! The staff are super accommodating! When all my 7yo wanted was instant noodles for dinner, they took the package from us and made it for her. 「The staff was great. The included breakfast was delicious. We stayed one night and had dinner which was one of the best meals on Santa Cruz. What really set the hotel apart from others was the fact that we were able to check in when we arrived at 10:30 am. The grounds were beautiful with about 15 to 20 giant tortoises roaming freely among coffee, banana and orange trees. I would definitely recommend them.」
