「Spacious room. Great shower with Solar panel heated water. Doug was very helpful. Simple breakfast. We liked our stay. 」

「Only stayed 72 hours on this beautiful island and in this beautiful village, regretfully, and couldn’t ask for better accommodations or a more gracious hostess. Ellie is really a goodwill ambassador to all the Galapagos. She actually walked me down to the water taxis for access to Las Grietas. Each day, breakfast was different and delicious. I will truly miss Casa Fragata.」

「Great room, helpful staff WHEN they were available. Front desk closes at 6:30. I had told them beforehand that I would arrive around 7. My boat into town was half an hour late. I got a message on Whatsapp at 6:57 that the desk would close at 7. I arrived about 7:30 and someone did come back to check me in. Then about an hour later I managed to lock myself out of my room (I know, I know). I messaged and in about 5 minutes, I got a response that they would return in about an hour and some minutes....

「Loved the hotel, we stayed in the Sun & Moon room which had its own turret! We had two outdoor areas to relax on. Great views. Pool was a life saver on a hot day. Breakfast was very nice 」

「街の中心部から10分ほど歩いたところにあるホテルです。 チェックインは11時からだったのですが、9時半頃についてしまってもチェックインさせてくれました。 共有キッチンもあって、共有エリアでのWi-Fiも割と安定していました。 ハンモックもいくつかあってくつろげました。 ただ、部屋の中が湿ったような匂いがこもっていて気になりました。」

「The owner was fantastic and accommodating us… God is anything we need help this with their bags said hello and we ran across him in town… He was wonderful and very attentive. On our final day we went for a big tour in the morning and he left warm towels out for us by the pool to shower down there and change before leaving for another island. It was great it’s a little bit farther out of The central part of town but it was a dollar or two taxi ride and took minutes… Who’s a great day」

「Nice hotel close to everything but also far enough (1-3 blocks) away to be quite. 」

「少し早く着いたのですが、すぐに部屋に通してもらえました。そこはとても良かったです。ただ、事前情報と現地の状況があまりに違うため、別のホテルに来たのかと思うほど。 まず24時間フロントではなく夜間と早朝は閉鎖されます。お陰でフェリーに乗り遅れるところでした。あと、ランドリー設備もありません。近くのクリーニング屋さんに出す有料サービスのみ。セーフティボックスもなし。しょっちゅう無人になるフロントの棚に置かれるだけです。テラスもありません。部屋の電話は断線していて、インターネットもつながりません。いつも繋がらないので、仕方がないそうです。 そこらを気にしないなら、安くてそこそこのホテルだと思います。スタッフの半分は英語がだめで、残りも片言程度なので、スペイン語の翻訳アプリが大活躍しました。」

「We (family of 3) stayed for 4 nights in the tortuga bay suite. So I can only speak for the room we stayed and not sure how other rooms are as they are all different. Overall, we are very disappointed and feel frustrated on our stay. The room looks nothing like the pictures. It is very small, dark, damp and hot with little space for luggages. The description says there is 32 inches LED TV, but there is no TV at all. My husband and I with our 8 year old son are skinny people, but we feel...

「This hotel is located right next to “restaurant row” which is a street with many dining options and geared mostly toward the tourists. The hotel A/C and Wi-Fi worked well, and I had a comfortable night here. There is a motion sensor hall light that shines into the room through the top windows and some noise as they walk by. It gets quiet after 10:00 so not too much of an inconvenience. Staff helped me with bus arrangements. There is an upstairs lounge area that overlooks the street and...
