"We were told the pool was open until 9 and kids were so excited to try out the pool and after they put their feet in the water for a mihute, we were told the pool was closed and were given wrong information. The kicker was there were no clean pool towels and the worker said they ran out at 4pm (5 hours earlier). So we had upset and cold kids."

Only thing id complain about is the food is pretty expensive for continental breakfast and was not good at all. I didnt know eggs could be stale Aside from that awesome place!"
