"駅に近く、荷物も預かってもらえるので、着いてから〜チェックインまで、チェックアウト〜帰るまで預かってもらい、身軽に過ごせてとても楽でした。ホテル自体の内装も綺麗でしたし、清潔でした。バスタブがあったのが嬉しかったです。冷蔵庫の飲み物がサービスなのもとても嬉しかったです。朝食は景色がいいレストランで、朝から気持ち良く過ごせました。味も美味しかったです。"

"great location just around the corner of Mercato centrale and other tourist attractions! over all stay was nice, but here's some cons.. The room was far from the lift and I had to use the stairs to access my room. the fridge was full smell of molds and so were free bottles of water, so didn't use it at all. Before I used AC, felt like the room air was not so fresh neither. if it was 3 star hotel, I could understand the condition... staff was nice and helpful, thank you!"

"Very close to the central station and breakfast was quite good. Price was pretty reasonable compared to expensive hotels in Firenze. The best service the hotel provides is free water. I would definitely recommend this hotel who wants to stay near the central station. "

"家族で連泊。立地は最高、親切、雰囲気もあります！フィレンツェの列車の駅からスーツケースを持っても歩いて5分程度でした。ドゥオモやウフィッツィ美術館、ポンテベッキオなどの観光地もすべて徒歩で回れます。建物は古いですが手がいれられており、お部屋や朝食会場も、まるで古きヨーロッパの建物で暮らしているような落ち着いた雰囲気で、天井も高く、バスタブもあり、ミネラルウォーターも置かれていました。1日中、朝食会場で無料でコーヒーなどが飲めて、テラスで孫とトランプをしながらくつろぐ方や長期滞在のご夫妻も。次の移動が早朝便だと伝えたら朝食代わりにジュースやスナックなどをテイクアウト用の紙袋で準備、機材トラブルで戻ってきたら荷物も預かってくださいました。朝食メニューが毎日さほど変わらないことを除けば、また是非泊まりたいホテルです！"
