"AC worked well. We were in the back on the 3rd floor and it was quiet. Ample close parking and comfortable bed. I would stay again. "

"We enjoyed staying there due to the property being on the lake and the weather being nice. However, service there was not great. Front desk staff is very uptight to the point of feeling unfriendly. Called to request extra towels, but they were not delivered. Some umbrellas in the pool area were ripped and moldy, to the point we were uncomfortable staying under them. The gate to the pool area, including the door handle and the card reader, was covered in bird poop that has not been cleaned for several days. On the weekend, their "adult only" jacuzzi was full of children with no one enforcing the rules. The carpet in our room was stained when we arrived, but a pet cleaning fee of $150 was collected. They collect the fee but never actually clean the carpet. It seems like they are understaffed but are trying to squeeze every last penny from the guests without actually using the funds to maintain the property. Overpriced for the quality of service they offer. But the lake was nice."
