「Stayed five nights with wife, two daughters, and five grandchildren. Plenty of room for everyone. House was very clean and well equipped. Beautiful Mountain View with large table on deck for outdoor meals, relaxing, bird and wildlife watching (big buck deer ran right by deck). Had a wonderful and relaxing time with family. 」

「Very comfortable property! Very clean and I am picky! Unit was furnished with everything we needed! Beautiful view off deck! We had morning coffee on the deck every day! Close to so much to do! Just north of Durango about 18 miles which was perfect as it was cooler! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained! We hope to come back often! 」

「Elk Trace Bed and Breakfast was an incredible experience. The "big" house was incredible. Like a combination of a cabin / manor house. Beautiful on the outside and inside, nestled on 102 acres of pristine Colorado (San Juan Forrest) wilderness yet still fairly close to civilization in Pagosa Springs. The room was perfectly sized with a king bed. The place is dog friendly. The owner, Evelyn, even volunteered to watch one of our yappy dogs while we went on a carriage ride around the property...
