「Everything was so easy! Shuttle was amazing and so helpful. Made the stay in Telluride an absolute breeze! Didn’t get to the hot tub/pool but it looked awesome!! The room was so nice..little fridge, microwave, robes, nice bed!」

「When you pay $530 for two nights I expect things to be better. The tv and the safe neither one would work. There was no table to sit at. The coffee pot was tiny with horrible coffee. There were no glasses at all. They did fix the tv and safe for our second day. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was excellent. 」

The unit is not a kitchenette "as advertised", and was not well stocked, we ran out of essentials like toilet paper and trash bags. 「Long day of hiking and arrive at our room at 9:00 PM to find we had no hot water and no communication from staff. Met several others staying at the hotel who told us there was an issue. Waited 1/2 hours at front desk to hear that there was no planned solution until next day. Woke up to no hot water. Made for a very unpleasant day.」

「We had a wonderful time. It was quite beautiful. We will stay again. A suggestion is to move the pet clean-up box. The smell was quite unpleasant when we opened the window near the door. We had to keep the window closed and could not have fresh air flowing through the room. 」
