「We stayed in the handicapped room. Would have been nice if the A/C didn't sound like a jackhammer. only saving grace was that at 8000 feet we were able to turn it off and leave the windows open. we left at 4am.」

「The bed and pillows were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was average hotel breakfast food. The staff managing the desk upon check in was less than helpful and although we reserved two rooms I had to argue for the second room. One of the rooms given to us had not been cleaned (beds were not made, there were no towels in the bathroom, and there was still trash in the room).」

「The Bear Necessities Cabin had everything I wanted. Centrally located to mountain biking and hiking. Only 5 miles from Cortez for picking up food, etc. Relatively quiet, peaceful, and scenic. Amenities like a decently equipped kitchen, and a clothes washer and dryer for my extended stay made for a comfortable stay.
