「The staff were wonderful and friendly. The facility could use an upgrade. The room had an odor we had to buy air fresheners to mask it. The water backed up when you shower. I felt gross. I don’t know if it was just the room we were in but they could use an upgrade.」

「If you take it for what it is, it's perfect. Clean, well maintained, and a helpful staff.
No frills though. You have to walk to the bathroom from the cabins. If you are down with that it's the best $65 a night place I've ever seen. TV works, the AC froze me out in the morning when I got up.
Thanks for a great stay while I toured Mesa Verde!」

「We stayed in one of the accessible rooms. I would highly recommend an accessible room over the regular rooms. We were originally lost and in the wrong place looking for our room and the quality appeared to be much worse in the regular rooms.
Cleanliness is the most I portent thing to me. When we checked in, there were wooded up tissues on the floor near the bed, and the table near the coffee pot had a sticky substance. That alone is not okay for me, but I kindly asked the attendant the next...
