「The property is lovely and the town of Mancos was awesome. We stayed in one of the upstairs hostel-style rooms and all of the common areas were spotless and welcoming.
The staff were incredible, friendly and helpful. We only had time for a one day trip out here, but already plan to return for a longer stay. 」

アメニティがシャンプー3個、コンディショナーもモイスチャーもなく間違って置かれたのでしょうか。連泊す るとハウスキーピングも無かったようです。
出立朝にパーキングエリアでずっと警察車両が待機していました。

「Initially reserved through a third party entity but staff double booked me and gave my room to someone else. Tried to get support from front desk but was redirected again and was hung up on. I am concern about compromised customer information if someone else is about to check in without valid ID linked to initial reservation. 」
