The quirky little details of every room being a different year is so neat!! Staff was unbelievable, I felt safe and really appreciated NOT having someone above me. The walls aren't thin either, so I never heard my neighbors, and I don't ever use maid service (it is available on request) so it was nice NOT having to look for that silly sign that says "Do Not Disturb". Definitely staying there again!!!

Everything was great with this hotel. The staff room was very clean. Had lots of activities for everybody to participate in. I love the Retro era design. They had each room had a theme for the show of that year.

Retro Motel was very clean and well maintained. We loved our stay there from the free continental breakfast to the game room that you can relax with your party with. The only small issue was the fridge; it does not get cold enough at the coldest setting. I also want to express my deepest appreciation for the staff to call us immediately for an item we forgot at the motel. We were luckily close enough to come back and retrieve it. Thank you!

The room was clean but had a musty and moldy smell especially in the bathroom. This is a truly a budget motel with a quirky style (Elvis upfront an all over the property and retro rotary phones) and fits the bill for a one night stay - don't expect anything beyond a clean bed and bathroom (with the aforementioned mould, not sure if that is a problem with all the rooms). Breakfast was the usual "continental" fare, but the staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is spotless. Upon entering the lobby, you are greeted by a pleasant, fresh fragrance. The check-in process was smooth. The room is spacious and well-equipped with brand-new amenities—it appears to have been recently renovated. The color scheme is fresh and elegant, and most importantly, the room is immaculate. The bed looks very comfortable.

it was an older property, but in poorer condition than expected thought it would’ve been more renovated for the price. Toilet overflowed had to be moved to another room in the middle of the night, the room I moved to front door area was very dirty and the door stuck and I almost broke the doorframe trying to get in and out.

This is such a fun property. We stayed in the Woodstock suite because I thought my kids would get a kick out of the water beds. It totally delivered! We loved all of the little details like blacklight posters, rotary phones, and even a lava lamp. I was surprised by how clean everything felt, despite challenges such as shag carpeting and water bed mattresses. We were also impressed in the confidence of the hotel to have black lights in each of the bedrooms, lol (...no mystery stains to be found)! I will say that I sort of peeked into a few of the other rooms while I was wandering the property, and the decor didn't look quite as elaborate in the basic motel rooms. Parking was easy and very convenient. The clubhouse looked cool with various games and activities, but unfortunately we didn't have time to take advantage of it. Breakfast was serviceable with options like bagels, sausage on a stick, and microwave burritos. This was a really fun spot at a great price, and I would definitely stay here again.
