Staff was super friendly and helpful! They made the stay. The breakfast was also good. Be warned, the gym is only a bike, treadmill and elliptical - no weights - in case that matters to you.

The front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful during our stay. Unfortunately, the AC in our second-floor room wasn't working. The helpful front desk agent tried calling the manager twice to assist us, but the manager never called back. Because it was a holiday weekend, the hotel was fully booked, so we couldn't switch rooms. Just a word of advice: make sure the AC works in your room before settling in, especially if you're on the second floor.

My room was very clean The breakfast was okay but one thing I did want was the green chili soup. I heard a lot of excellent reviews on that but unfortunately the two days I was there they did not make it. Parking was good. Pam, the front desk lady was very, very friendly and very helpful. I definitely would recommend staying here. Definitely the next time I come to Cortez I will stay there

The room was clean and comfortable. It's an older facility that appears to have had some upgrades though I did notice that the linens and towels did have some stains (no big deal) and it wasn't until our 2nd night that I noticed a spot in the ceiling that looked like a spot of mold from maybe a leak was forming. The room, the price, the location very good. If your are not too much of a King or Princess you'll find this place a nice nights retreat.

We stayed in one of the accessible rooms. I would highly recommend an accessible room over the regular rooms. We were originally lost and in the wrong place looking for our room and the quality appeared to be much worse in the regular rooms. Cleanliness is the most I portent thing to me. When we checked in, there were wooded up tissues on the floor near the bed, and the table near the coffee pot had a sticky substance. That alone is not okay for me, but I kindly asked the attendant the next morning to please clean those spaces up. When we returned to our room that evening, both things were still there. The last day the finally cleaned it. The breakfast is subpar. I realize it’s a budget friendly hotel, but I ended up throwing away almost everything I tried. I’ve stayed in MANY hotels of similar expectations and the breakfast has always been edible. I’m not sure I would stay here again.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The price is low enough that we choose to go to an excellent local diner Pippo's on Main Street a short distance away. The price of the room + the price of an excellent 5hbreakfast is = to or < the total price of other (more expensive hotels) The ice machines were all out of order but... the value for the price was very good. We will stay here again in thecfuture

Stayed 2 nights. As many other reviewers have noted, this motel provides a very clean room and bathroom and the motel deserves to be proud of its staff and how hard thay work. Everything working as it should. Windows open easily with a modern flyscreen. Comfortable chair and bed. Very nice bathroom. No problem parking. AC works just fine if you need it. The exterior of the building and corridors are somewhat tired, but, a decent breakfast with a variety of options and a good night's sleep; it was good value for the money and l would definitely stay again.
