"This is a great apartment. Very comfortable, very well appointed. It has everything you could need. The building is old but very clean, tidy and secure. The location is great for San Jose being located next to the heart of the city at San Pedro Square. Loads of bars and restaurants right next door. "I loved having a place downtown. However, I was very disappointed as it comes with a house keeping service. I was there for 2 months, and not one person ever came. It was a service I had to pay for and am very disappointed in that. Otherwise it was decent. I had internet issues as well but it was a nice little studio. "

"It IS downtown so you do hear ppl partying non stop but it becomes background noise and can be easily ignored. The wifi connection was a little rocky which made schoolwork difficult at times but they did try to fix it. Also, I did the paid monthly parking next door in the public lot. My car got broken into twice in that lot despite the cameras and security. So park in the gated area maybe. But the laundry room was convenient and card paid.
