"Super nice"

"very sparkly new/clean. Night staff was a little odd- no one was at the desk when we arrived and 2 others and I had to wait quite a while for someone to return to check in. In our room was a table lamp with no bulbs so we went back down to request bulbs and were told we should change rooms instead. After waiting to check in after a long day, we were tired and didn't change rooms. Why not just give us bulbs, I don't know. No coffee maker in the room, oddly. Microwave and mini fridge were there- fine for me since I travel with tea bags. Breakfast was very very basic. Cold hard boiled eggs, 3 types of dry cereal, some bagels, and packages of oatmeal. Airport shuttle was the hotel ordering and paying for an Uber which was interesting but worked fine. This hotel was perfect for us since we weren't there long -- good value for a VERY clean good sized room without a lot of frills, but with a shuttle to SJC."

"There was a lot of things that stood out. The room was very clean, there were great amenities including a place to purchase water ( at a reasonable price), ice machine, close by and a microwave and mini-fridge inside the room. I loved that there was a shuttle service to and from the airport that was really not too far at all. I would definitely come stay here again, next time I come to San Jose. "

"Avoid rooms with connecting doors - heard bathroom noise through it my whole stay. Breakfast and common area is also really basic compared to Hilton garden. Staff were great. Just a bit tired hotel."

"This was the worst hotel I have stayed in! The room was not comfortable and dirty. There was all types of repairs that needed to be done. The staff refused to give us extra towels. You Are only allowed one towel per person ( no hand or face towels) and 1 small soap for the group. No microwave. Just a blanket on the bed I slept in my clothes and a jacket cause the heater didn’t work. Horrible experience!"
