"The breakfast was amazing!! Rooms clean and daily housekeeping. Bed was comfortable. We used ear plugs due to street noise which we are not used to. Having a grocery store across the street was a huge plus for us, as well as the free parking on site!!! Pool was a little too cold for us to swim in but would feel good in really hot weather I imagine. Walkable to the main riverwalk downtown, a little bit away but pleasant along the river most of the way. Staff were mostly very friendly and helpful. The laundry was pretty good, but the payment portal for machines was hit and miss. Pretty frustrating for us. We would definitely stay here again!!"

"Some of the amenities (i.e. bathroom shower and area) need updating. Our air conditioning didn’t cool our room well - always felt humid. Definitely a busy area and loud at night."

"It is not extravagant, but has everything you need. Our room only had a shower so that was hard with small kids, but we made it work. The best part was the breakfast! Every morning they serve breakfast from 6-10am and it has lots of options. So, we didn’t have to go anywhere or get fully ready before starting our day. The staff was also very helpful and kind. It is also super easy to get down to the riverwalk and to all of the restaurants and boats. Worth the price!"

"This is a very family-friendly hotel near the Riverwalk, with a particularly excellent view of the San Fernando Cathedral. The staff were the highlight of this experience, as they assisted us many times and always with a friendly smile. "

"The staff was rude and seem to have no concern, accountability or even try to accommodate the guests. And that could maybe slide or recover but when we got to the jr suites…. The nightmare wasn’t even the half of it the room .. ok but the bathroom was gross, the caulking in the bathroom was rotted out… we didn’t shower let’s just say that. And the service in the restaurant during breakfast was concerning. We attempted breakfast but left . No one would seat us and two or three tables were sitting there with half the parties without food because it was incorrectly ordered or they brought only half out so the other half got to watch? Over all I wish we stayed somewhere else…."

"Most comfortable hotel room I’ve stayed in a long time. Location was perfect in terms of the River Walk. The only negatives were the slow elevator, the pool was cute, but nothing spectacular, & the parking is pricey unless you are ok walking across the street to utilize the parking garage. "
