"This is a beautiful location and property, but unfortunately I had a bad check-in experience and the host seemed very unwilling to solve problems. I was told the precise address to put in my Uber, which was different from the address listed. I couldn't put the address the host recommended because I only have an English keyboard on my phone and it didn't come up. Thinking it wasn't a big deal and I could just use the actual address, I booked an Uber, with my heavy suitcases in tow. Turns out...
