Ideal location

First trip to Nice and this apartment was in the middle of everything. One block to the beach with restaurants and shops all steps away. Everything was accurate and well communicated.

Great location in Nice

Great place to stay. A quirky roofspace apartment in the heart of Old Nice and right on the beach. Just be ready for the five floors of stairs to get to the apartment.🙂 The host was always contactable and responsive.

Beautiful location, great host

You can’t beat the location at this price. The steps are definitely a hike - especially with luggage - but if that’s not an issue for you, give this place a look. The views are worth it. We had enough space for our luggage and a space to drink wine in the evening and have breakfast in the morning. Stanislas was very responsive when we had an issue, getting it addressed as quickly as possible. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Nice

The property is in a great location in Nice - very easy to get around! Stanislas was very communicative from the moment the booking went through, to the day before our arrival and day before departure, informing us of the check-in and check out process, how to contact him should there be any issues during our stay. We had a great trip and the flat was very comfortable. Very happy travellers!

The location here is absolutely perfect!! We loved the proximity to the beach and being right in old town Nice. The apartment is 117 stairs up - which was great for us but perhaps hard for some. The interior is tight and a but drab, with linens that should be replaced. The kitchen and bathroom are small but well appointed.

The actual apartment, though small, was quite sufficient. Clean. Expansive view of city from apartment windows. I underestimated the challenge of the steps. There are 118 steps from the street to the apartment. Next door to a creperie (yum!), close to restaurants. Walkable to Carnevale parades. One block from the seaside Via des Americas.

Neat and tidy, awesome location.

Loved the location. Close to beach and wonderful restaurants. Super quiet apartment with good aircon. I must of course mention the stairs. There are a lot, and they are steep. Do not book this apartment if your mobility is compromised or are traveling with 30kg suitcases. We would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

First of all -the host-Stanislas- is the best! Communication is immediate and always helpful. Apartment is in the best possible location - 1 minute walking distance to the beach, 1 minute from the famous Flower Mary, and you are basically in the center of the old Nice. If you planning visiting Monaco, Cannes or any other place on French Riviera, train station is just around 20 minutes away Apartment is very nice and kitchen has all you need. Very important-air conditioner is perfect and quiet. Overall- me and my family enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend it!

Not what we signed up for

The listing should be revised to remove the word“magnificent”, it should indicate the Appartment is small, in an attic with very small windows, no living space , on the 5th floor of the building with no elevators, no views and little light, best suited for backpackers or people on a budget. The pictures of the view and large windows are misleading. On the plus side it is well located, the aircon works and the check in is easy. We got in, started to search for hotels in the area and left immediately.

Right Space Right Place

The cozy flat is located right in the center of it all. A half block from the famous promenade/sea and 1/2 block from Old Town's wonderful farmers market and restaurant row. Oh and directly across from the Opera House. We couldn't have been in a better location when it came to the Men's IRONMAN World Championships. If you don't mind stairs (117 each way) you'll be right in the heart of everything. I did struggle to find the door to the stairwell. Had I had data turned on on my phone (American that didn't want to pay to use data overseas) it would have been a breeze. After finding it, all instructions were simple to follow. Friendly reminder - pack light so bringing your luggage up isn't so hard then soak it all in. You are in a marvelous place staying in a comfortable space.

Wonderful efficiency apartment in Old Town Nice!

The location of this apartment is incredible! Located right in the middle of Old Town, VERY close to the Promenade and a three short block walk to the tram. Downstairs is a bakery and a gelato shop, as well as a small outdoor restaurant with the most wonderful Pulled Pork Sandwich. We were in Italy/French Riviera for 3 weeks and stayed in 4 VRBO's and found the communication of our host, Stanislas, to be the very best! The only drawback was we didn't recall seeing the 5 story climb up the stairs to the apartment (with no lift/elevator) listed in the property details. This didn't detract from our overall rating as we read about it in the comments. Though we are in our early 60's, we are in pretty good shape and that wasn't a problem at all and wouldn't detract us from staying there again. There are 2 bedrooms and the air conditioner worked very well. The views from the windows, using the cute little step ladder, were amazing! Would highly recommend this property to others.

Amazing Location, Great Space!

This apartment is in a fantastic location right next to the promenade and beach in old town Nice. The location is unbeatable! The apartment was very clean and nicely renovated. The air conditioning was amazing for the hot summer days. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
