"Honestly, pretty disappointing stay. The pool area was consistently trashed—like no one was even checking on it throughout the day. The water stations were rarely refilled, so don’t expect basic amenities to be maintained. Housekeeping was just as bad. We constantly had issues with not having enough towels in the room, and the trash wasn’t taken out regularly. It felt like basic upkeep just wasn’t a priority here. For the price, you’d expect way better attention to cleanliness and service. Would not stay again."

"This is a property I would choose to visit again. We were there during spring break so it was very busy. The seating at the pool area was very limited but there was plenty of seating down at the beach area. The fact that chairs are included down at the beach area was a huge bonus. The rooms were clean and sufficient. The water did have a brown tint to it so we avoided drinking it, but it seemed fine for showers. "

Half the floors are fully finished in regards to the hallways but our floor was not. Now the room was very clean and also the view was amazing it was 2511. Beach front view and terrace to die for honestly. So we will see but aside from the look of some areas being undone everyone was amazing. Room was comfortable …"
