「Wanted to stay longer at this bach. Everything is great about this place. Well stocked with all cooking, sleeping and recreational needs. Neighbouring bach’s all great and locals very helpful with hints on local places to visit.」

「A beautiful presented little cottage, tucked away in a peaceful setting. We had such a lovely break away in a perfect location not too far away from the beautiful lakes and activities in Rotorua. The cottage had everything that we needed, was comfortable, clean, and had the added bonus of electric blankets for the cold wintery evenings. Thank you for a wonderful stay.」

「Neighbouring properties made us very nervous to start with. No issues though and enjoyed our stay. Made the booking through a different website. Charged us for an extra night. Tried to communicate prior to check in. No luck and no reply. Overall experience very disappointing. Scared to use Bookabach or Bachcare again.」

Although annoying it was resolved by the friendly property managers.Then the power was cut. These things happen but in this case it was planned and the owner notified of it. I checked with neighbours and the line company. The owner ignored it and let us rent the property .We spend the day away but when we returned, power was still cut, No one could tell us how long it...

「No cooktop, no freezer compartment to keep ice blocks cold. No top sheet on either single bed, light over bathroom sink does not work, windows were filthy inside and out, floor between toilet and wall was dirty, no hand towel or face cloth provided. Only wine glasses provided for drinks. Only one mirror in unit, none in bedrooms. We can’t believe this place meets even minimum standards for guest accommodations. Only one tea towel provided, hot plate had no instructions and only Chinese labels...
