「Bathroom not clean!」

「Our stay was good. However, the day we were checking out, we went to use the restroom on the first floor near the store and a piece of ceiling tile with a light in it, fell from the ceiling and hit my girlfriend in the face. 「A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.」

「The only thing that freaked us out when we 1st got there to check in, the office was closed. Said you have to contact office for late check ins after 9pm. We booked online through expedia and never seen that anywhere, til we got our confirmation email and at the very bottom..there it was! Should be at the top!! But there was a number to call and they were very prompt and we didnt have to wait long before we were in our room. They had a lock box on our room door handle for us n a key inside. The...

「Clean Rooms, Beautiful Setting and lots of wildlife just outside the porch! We saw a Manatee, Dolphins, Alligator and plenty of Bird Life! The area is an excellent spot for biking and hiking! The Calusa Habitat Mounds are nearby and a friendly day hike! Also nearby is a Marina that takes you to an Island for lunch and hiking as well as visiting Islands in the area! Very relaxing and fun place to take the whole Family!」

「Cute place with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Full sized fridge and freezer and k-cup machine in the small kitchenette was perfect. Kon Tiki is an ideal spot for a few days' stay not far from beaches. Didn't use the pool but it was clean and inviting.」

「For the price, it should have been clean. There was dust and dirt on furniture and areas that looked like they were simply never cleaned. I would not recommend or ever stay again. 」

「No lighted sign in front of Motel. and it was dark outside. No one in the office had to call to talk to a remote person. Asked for an extra blanket and it never showed up. The code would not open the door to our room so they had to change it to a different room. Dirty spots on the blanket that was also the bedspread.」
