"Such a cute property with an Old Mexico vibe - so charming. The garden is beautiful and relaxing. The pool is not heated so definitely on the cool side. Hot Tub was cool as well but there were very accommodating when we asked to turn it up. Located in walking distance to the beach and restaurants . Beds are on the hard side so be prepared. Definitely would go back ."

It's spacious; room design is thoughtful; staff is so, so helpful; staff responded to items that needed fixing (patio fan, safe cabinet door) in a timely manner. I'd recommend it to anyone. I love that there is a family area, although we didn't use it. Food was very good. "

"This is a great hotel if your on a budget, the location is super. I love the palapas in their private beach area, the pool and grounds are very well kept and the outside of the building looks great for its age. Karen’s is on the property which is very convenient. Across the street is Meet Meat, by far the best restaurant in the area especially if you’re looking for top quality steak with a fabulous view. It’s a bit of a hike (15min walk) from the older area with the bars and restaurants or a 70...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 day stay. Our room was very comfortable and clean. With the door closed and air on at night, we had no issues with noise. The views of Banderas Bay from our patio and the lovely pool were spectacular! Breakfast was great, fruit and eggs made to order. Service and atmosphere were always friendly. We will definitely return!"

"This little gem of a place was a wonderful experience. The owner was a warm hearted person that chatted about the most interesting history and the great surroundings. The rooms were clean and the landscaping was perfect. I felt like we were staying in a jungle oasis - but the moment I would walk out the front door I was in the center of all the action. Outside is loud and fun, but the moment you walk back into the property, the sound disappears. The only sounds passing into my living room area...
