「Excellent location and property. In the heart of 12 South area of Nashville. Coffee shop across the street. Staff were absolutely wonderful. And every single person seemed happy to work there - a rarity! Free coffee and pastries in the morning. Even had juice and mimosas Saturday morning. Friday night there was live entertainment - singer songwriter - in the courtyard. Property was all around fantastic. Underground parking is expensive, but we were always able to snag free street parking. ...

「The shower head leaked loudly, the bedding smelled bad, the hand-held shower head sprayed water out ot the side of its hose, across the bathroom, the housekeeping staff failed to the check the level of the shower soap so there were two pumps left. When I checked out, the desk person could not be bothered to say one word to me.」

「We absolutely loved our stay! The staff were so kind and helpful. There was the cutest coffee bar and stocked mini fridge! Most importantly, the beds were super comfy! The only thing was there was no tv, which would have been fine, but we had a change in our plans so we thought we’d just order food and watch a movie without realizing. But we still had so much fun!」

「Little farther to Broadway Street then I thought it would be. Would plan to spend over $100 for parking/uber especially if you park you car at a parking garage all day or uber back after 9 PM.」

「The room and property was very nice, No TV service at all. The tub was extremely slippery casing both my husband and I to slip, this is very dangerous. In addition, directions to get from the parking garage to the hotel were not very clear.」

「The only downside to this hotel, is there is not a pool. Great rooftop though and fun area to stay in. Lots of shops and restaurants you can walk to.」

「Amazing place, I am very picky where I stay especially about cleanliness. It was spotless, we had a short wait for our room and they made sure we were taken care of. All hands on deck at all times, even managers and owner to make sure things are running correctly. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely be back .」
