「Booked a 1bedroom apartment but was a tiny studio apartment,have had bigger hotel rooms than this so called apartment. Was not allowed to enter building or approach the front desk until a rep from favstay meet us outside who was late meeting us so had to stand in the heat outside. Upon entering there is a sign stating that it is illegal to stay in these apartments for holiday rental and you could be arrested. Room had uncomfortable bed,lounge tv channels only in Thai would not recommend staying...
