The desk help were fantastic in providing services to my family and I, parking is tight and you will have to pay for it. The front desk does offer a parking pass. Food near them consists of Indian restaurants and street vendors. Outside you will have tuk-tuk access along with taxi services. All in all will book again in the future

There is a washer available for use for 50 baht a load, and a drying rack in the room. We had a small issue with the price and miscommunication. We inputted all of our information on Expedia and paid for the rooms (6 people), exactly as it said we should. This included an extra person charge. After we paid we had to pay again for the 5th person’s bed as this was not covered in the payment for the extra person. We had no choice since we couldn’t get a refund. Then upon arrival were informed that we had to pay for our 6th person and another bed as well, since she was over 3 years old. We had inputted before purchase that we had a 15 year old. By the time it was done we would have chosen to go elsewhere because it was no longer cheaper. We spoke with the manager on the phone when we arrived and expressed our displeasure at the continued requests for more payments. They said it was rooms that are available for up to 6 people but that you have to pay for the 5th and 6th person. This wasn’t stated anywhere, nor were the charges for extra beds. We were quite frustrated but understood his side as well. He did meet us in the middle on the last one. We paid for the 6th person but not the extra bed. I believe that the submission process with Expedia is not correct, so if you have more than 4 people just know that you will have to pay an extra fee per night per person and per bed. Minus the frustration with price we were very happy with the accommodations. They were clean & comfortable
