The Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit offers a superb experience for both business and leisure travelers. The Club Lounge is a wonderful space for productivity and relaxation, although its opening hours (10:30 am to 8:30 pm) could be more accommodating for business travelers. Despite this, the quality, professionalism, and convenience of the lounge, along with its amazing staff, remain top-notch. The rooftop bar is a trendy and fashionable spot with live DJs and a stunning view of the city, perfect for unwinding in the evening. Breakfast at the basement restaurant is a highlight, featuring an extraordinary variety of delicious and high-quality options. The front desk and concierge are exceptionally professional and helpful. The in-house café, Espresso, provides a pleasant atmosphere with a selection of delectable pastries, bread, and cakes. The hotel’s location is superb, making it ideal for both tourists and business travelers.

Excellent stay. I think this hotel lived up to an exceptional rating. The rooms are nice, clean and modern. I didn’t use the pool but it looks big and family friendly. The Chinese restaurant was outstanding (Michelin star). The walk to the BTS was 7 minutes and convenient. The cafe had good smoothies. The breakfast buffet was very good. I would definitely stay again. For the price, this hotel is very good. I rate it 4.5 stars/5 star hotel!

The hotel is located in a centric place with easy access anywhere in Bangkok. The Club Lounge is spacious, with a professional staff. The rooftop bar offers amazing views in a nice stylish atmosphere. The front desk and concierge are very helpful, attentive and fast to check you in/out. We are a family of four and stayed for 3 nights. Room was spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast at The Plate, tried room service and the Cantonese restaurant all quite good. Definitely will stay here again as it is so close to Emsphere.
