The room was clean. The young man that cleans rooms on the 8th floor is a very kind young man. I was not feeling well and needed to rest. He cleaned the room quickly so I could rest and recover. Very good worker.

Classic hotel near Asiatique

One of the more older hotels, but it's clean and has all the essential necessities. All of the staff, are so lovely and kind. 10 minute walk to Asiatique. A coin operated laundry and dryer machines available via short walk through the hotel's car park. Though it is slightly further away from BTS/MRT, there is a bus stop a stone's throw away from the hotel. Since it's situated away from other busy areas it is definitely an easily an accessible place for taxis and food delivery services. Overall good valuable hotel.

Good Place

Honestly I had a really good stay at this property, even though the building and room it self is very dated. It still was extremely comfortable and I was given a riverview that was absolutely stunning from the 15th floor. I would stay here again.

Reasonable price next to the river

We stayed for 5 nights. We thought it was fairly comfortable.They cleaned and replaced towels daily with fresh good quality water. Good hot shower with nice bathtub. The internet was subpar but worked okay. Overall it was a reasonable stay.

Rooms need to be renovated asap

The rooms are very out-dated and not very well cleaned. We are not obsessive people, but had to clean inside the closet, drawers, furniture and toilet with one of the towel. During check-out we had been asked to pay for the dirty towel! It was noisy, due to the single glazed windows. The breakfast was ok. Excellent view.

The lobby and staff was very nice. But the room was a bit dirty plus run down a bit. Conner in shower was mold and bed is hard.

We went on an NYE cruise from Asiatique pier and it was an easy walk back to the hotel to avoid the traffic. Breakfast was ok. No ramp at entrance for large luggage. Rooms were dated, air con temp not adjustable, showerhead broken. Would have gotten it sorted but we only stayed one night so we didn't bother. Staff were nice and we had complimentary biscuits and minibar.
