We had no problem to pay it but suggested that this should be informed during reservation, stressed when checking in, or even better to have some announcement paper on this in the room."

Free coffee, tea, soft drinks, mineral water, instant noodles were provided. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable stay for my family. Unit is near restaurants, mall and shops. As it was near the airport, I could here the plane sound and music from nearby pub. However, sound was bearable for a light sleeper like me. Noise stopped by midnight. So i has a good sleep...
