"Absolutely superb hotel! From check-in to check-out, the service at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai was unbelievable. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional stay. We had access to the Executive Lounge, which was incredible — excellent food, delicious drinks, and attentive staff who made the experience extra special. The team consistently offered great recommendations for local dining, shopping, and cultural experiences, which made exploring Bangkok even more enjoyable. The location is perfect — just a short walk to MBK and other major shopping malls, and directly connected to the BKK Airport Rail Link, making travel to and from the airport so convenient. We absolutely loved this hotel and will be recommending it to everyone we know. In my opinion, you couldn’t find a better place to stay in Bangkok!"

The staff was helpful, and friendly, and assisted with everything from stocking our room when needed, transportation, and general information about the area. The location is convenient to several of Bangkok main attractions, however, a taxi ride or tuk tuk is needed the majority of the time to get to many areas. "
