10/10 Excellent
"We loved our stay and the suite...did miss a regular coffee (Kurig) maker....old school I guess.
Would have loved ice cubes in the fridge freezer.
On the down side we didn't get a refill of the coffee we had used on the first night but in the scheme of big picture, disappointing but not the end of the day!
All in all a good stay with a great breakfast!"
"This hotel was incredibly convenient to the cruise terminal. The staff were all fantastic, and beyond helpful. The hotel is close to many food options, and easily walkable to surrounding shopping/dining options. The only negative (and a fairly minor one) was that for several hours while we were there, two of the guest elevators were down. It was a very long wait to get on the elevator, and the stairs weren’t really an option for us. This inconvenience only lasted about 5 hours, and by the early afternoon it wasn’t a problem any more. The hotel has a beautiful pool deck, with a heated pool and hot tub. "
