"First off, the name of the property is not visible so it was hard to find the place. The room was not in good condition. There were little insects on the bed, in the furniture, on the walls, and in the bathroom sink area. The bathtub definitely needs to be replaced it looks pretty old and dirty. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The views from the balcony alone are worth the stay. While the resort itself is dated and in need of maintenance the apartment we rented was clean and comfortable. Kitchen equipped for light cooking and food warming, roomy refrigerator, necessary utensils. Communication with the owner is excellent both before and during rental period. Handy bus stop at the resort for trips to dining and shopping."

"Great and very helpful staff! The activities guys ARE good! Waiters, food and beverage people, and cleaners we thank you for your hardwork. Shout out ot the baywatch guys who found my hat 24 hours later even that I lost it in the ocean. The food is good. The property - we were little disappointed when we first got there, in the pictures looks much nicer... but not too bad if you don't mind."

"I absolutely loved this place. It's wonderful and adults only! I went for my birthday and was treated like royalty. The staff were all over the top wonderful!! The staff continues to go above and beyond, greeting us with genuine warmth and making sure every request was handled quickly and with a smile. Their attention to detail really makes you feel welcomed and taken care of throughout the entire stay. The food was absolutely excellent every restaurant we tried offered fresh, flavorful dishes with plenty of variety, and the quality never disappointed. Whether it was a quick bite by the pool or a full dinner, the culinary experience exceeded our expectations both times. Beyond the food and service, the amenities are fantastic. Everything about the resort makes it easy to relax and enjoy yourself without a worry in the world. We had a truly great time, and the fact that we're already looking forward to going back says it all. Atelier Playa Resort has earned a loyal guest in us, and we can't wait for our next visit!"
