「This hotel was excellent. It is new in the Beckley area and it was perfect for a mini vacation in the area. The staff was more than helpful during check-in and the staff that worked the breakfast area were more than willing to have great food available for guests. Everything was clean in the lobby, very well lit in all areas of the hotel. I would stay in this facility again if I visited the area again. 」

「入り口は分かりにくいが、全体的には満足出来る施設だと思います。 リゾートの名前をホテルにつけるだけあって、色々とおもてなしが出来る環境が揃ってます。 部屋が離れにある為（独立型のアパートメント）毎回外に出ないといけないのが少し不便でした。冬での利用の為とっても寒い。」
