"We used this place for 13 family members to stay so we could attend a family reunion. The host made sure there were all the amenities needed. Plenty of clean washcloths and towels, along with shampoo and soap. Host is quick to respond if needed . I would stay here again."

"Wonderful property. We stayed to ride the Hatfield trails and we were not disappointed! The house was very large and in perfect condition. The game room was a hit with the kids and the porch was a hit with the adults. The host was wonderful and extremely responsive. Highly recommend this property!!"

"If you're riding Hatfield McCoy trails it's ideal. Close to the trail head and plenty of parking area for truck and trailer. It's an older trailer so that's just the reality but it was clean and comfortable with no major issues. Cleaning person missed the coffee maker for a while so it needed to be thrown away. Also we're some ants but youre in the mountains so no big deal. I'd stay there again no hesitation."

"Home and property is always so clean. Really makes you feel like home when staying there. I live on the road staying places for work and I can honestly say this property is priced way lower than what you get when you stay. It’s a 5 star property. Couldn’t be more grateful for the experience and the feeling of being in a nice clean, comfortable home. Best place to stay anywhere around"
