「Clean room」

「The pillows and mattress were competing with each other :: no needs to be softer and the other needs to be more firm. The ‘side’ yard, when you first turn on, is a muddy mess and needs landscaping. Your staff is incredible and so helpful.」

「Property and rooms are both in need of upgrades. Our 1st floor room also smelled musty.」

「Stay in main lodge and not the cabins.」

「Check-in was easy. We liked the indoor parking. The view was excellent. Number one elevator had an unpleasant odor in the lodge. The coffee machine in the room did not function properly. And you were unable to put mugs that were provided underneath. The bathroom door was rubbing the floor and pulling the door frame loose.」

「Very bad bed. Noise from room above, could hear their water running.」

「King suite cabin was very spacious」
