The property itself was great. New, fresh room decor, great linens, comfy beds. Problem was at check-in. Some kind of computer glitch made us wait longer than usual to get to our room. And then, once we finally made it to the 5th floor, the room key would not open the door!
The front desk girl made us try the key 3 times!
Before offering to unlock the door with the master key, A lesson in supreme patience.
The next morning, after we had gone to breakfast, of course we didn’t have a key.
So we asked a different front desk person to unlock our door. Same procedure. Key didn’t work. He finally agreed to let us into the room with his master key.
All in all, the hotel is worth staying at, but you might need to pack some extra patience if your room key is a bust!
