「check-in experience wasn't pleasant. Clerk was not friendly and just went through the motions like a robot. 1sr floor room needs updating and new mattress.」

「The only thing I could negatively critique is the carpets as we’re a bit elderly with slight musty odor. Almost like there had been smokers in the room at some earlier time. The bathroom fan was quite noisy. It needs replacing too. But otherwise,the bed was comfortable, tv worked ,bathroom was clean with everything necessary and the room was quiet. The location was convenient.」

「The young ladies that work there are the friendliest. They go out of their way to take care of your every need. Sad that there were no ghostly experiences this trip. Will see you our next trip north.」

「ホテルから車で40分ほど行ったところにある落水荘という建物を見学する為に前泊したホテルです。この界隈は何もない為、夜はホテルで過ごすしかないかと思います。部屋は清潔で広く、インターネット等も問題なく使えたので不便を感じずに過ごせました。朝も朝食がついているので食べずに出かける心配もありませんでした。 とにかく廻りに何もありませんので事前に食料を持ってチェックインする事等おすすめします。」

「ロビーに暖炉があり、ちょっとしたゲームもおいてあり、スキーロッジにいるような気がした。 フロント係もフレンドリーで笑顔の対応をしてくれた。 高速の出口からも近くで、グロサリーストアーも近くにあった。 ただし、価格と築年数からするとしょうがないところを除いて、 部屋のすみまで掃除機がかけられないとは思うが、カーペットの色が紺のため埃が目立つ。 また、カーテンにもカビが付着している。 そこらへんは、時々、点検した方がいい。 値段、朝食、雰囲気と妥当な所なのでもったいない。」

「Came to town to visit family and wanted to see this impressive hotel that was built just before we moved away. We didn’t really take advantage of all the amenities, but it is modern and comfortable and the bar/restaurant staff are great. There was some small, occasional ticking sound near the entrance of our room that seemed to be caused by vibration in the walls, and there isn’t an option for less lighting in the bathroom. Overall, though, it was one of the best hotel stays we’ve experienced!」

「While I was checking in, the clerk answered the phone “welcome to the greatest Hampton Inn in the world. How may I exceed your expectations? “ I laughed about it at the time as the sort of thing companies teach their employees as a standard greeting. Turns out they might be right. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. The facility was clean and up-to-date. Tons of amenities. The kicker for me is when I saw a man ask the front desk person about where they might be able to buy a belt...
