ウエストバージニア州の格安ホテル

「Figuring out how to watch the TV was way too difficult as there are no guides or instructions furnished. The room we had needed a little maintenance. The room door and bathroom door were difficult to open and close, a situation where the housekeeping staff should have reported long ago. The elevator was particularly overworked, noisy and due to the hotel being fully occupied, the wait times were lengthy.」

「Locked out of room the second night. Took 4 times and many up and down the steps to finally get room keys that worked and into the room. Very disappointed.」

「Very bad bed. Noise from room above, could hear their water running.」

「Room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. Parking was convenient and the quality of the facility provided great value for the price.」

「5 stars for front desk staff. VERY proactive. Unfortunately, breakfast was not very appealing for me simply because I don't eat simple carbs when I travel. 3 stars for breakfast.」

「Just the noise from the other room, I can hear them from the access door, and a woman even tried to open the door on my side」
