「Communication with the owner was fantastic! He was very quick to respond to my questions. He even gave us great ideas of places to visit in the area and beautiful roads to take on our motorcycle trip. The check in process was seamless and the property was clean and very well maintained. The house was stocked with many supplies needed to live there for a week. The kitchen was great! Pots, pans, plates, and other assorted cookware. There were even common spices in the cupboard for cooking as well....

「It was cheap. But I booked a two bed room and when we got there they said a water main broke in the two bed room, so all they had was a one bed room. I looked at it. It was a full bed, not ideal for my son and I. The floor was old linoleum with holes. I"d thought about a sleeping bag on the floor, but seeing the floor thought no - it didn't look very clean. I was disappointed that there wasn't a pool or hot tub which I thought was provided but that was my misunderstanding. The staff was very nice. The directions through Google maps were all wrong and took us way beyond where we should have been. I gather this is not just a problem for us but for many others too. The noise from staff working and children running up and down the hall woke us...

「fine to its price」

「I booked through Expedia and for some reason my debit card didn't go through. I have Navy Federal which is a big bank. Never had issues with it. But with Expedia had it happened twice during our trip to Pigeon Forge. The hotel in pigeon forge helped us and let us fix it. But not this hotel. I called and tried to get it fixed on our way home from Tennessee to Pennsylvania. The person who answered the phone was really rude and wouldn't help me. She was awful. I ended up crying at a gas station...
