「Enjoyed the welcome spread of pepperoni rolls and cookies for the WVU game. Clean room, quiet」

「Room had a dirty wine glass outside door. Cleaning staff left cleaning supplies in the room. Door would not shut on its own. Was also hard to open when it was closed.」

「Nice and newly remodeled. Breakfast was fair. Only hot breakfast food was oatmeal.」

「Terrible stay! Valet parking full & self park 2 blocks away, which for a night arrival in the rain was no fun. No working elevator & room on the 8th floor- we were able to take the service elevator up, but the hall is inaccessible without staff so you have to take the stairs down. Room was not clean- found a sock & food wrapper in the bed! Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!」

「Very clean room. Pet friendly with only a $15 charge for the dogs . Nice complimentary breakfast. Bar and grill on the property」

「Amazing place to visit especially when it’s Apple Festival weekend!」

「I told staff that I didn't feel safe in the room I was in. I had someone messing around with my door. I even showed a video, I took at the time. I requested to be charged to a different room. But they never did! I spent close to $500 that weekend, jus me & my daughter. I will not be coming back. However the lady was nice, that I spoke with.」

「I had a terrible time with the check-in process that was virtual and required me to download a key card app to my phone and then return the next morning to get actual key cards which did not work the first time. After that everything was great, the staff was extra helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area and the cleaning ladies even did the dishes that I had left in the sink that I was going to do later. There were four resident deer that almost came right up to my hand, and the...

「Very bad bed. Noise from room above, could hear their water running.」

「Staff was wonderful, had issues with the cabin. The bed had a big dip in it ( permanently) mattress needs to be replaced. Had an ant problem with the room, big infestation. Ran out of hot water late in the evening and the toilet cover needs to be tightened, very loose. A little outdated」

「Locked out of room the second night. Took 4 times and many up and down the steps to finally get room keys that worked and into the room. Very disappointed.」

「静かでのんびりできる。新緑が綺麗。」
