「The staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel appeared clean but the staff uses really strong smelling cleaning supplies as if they are hiding odors. There were odd smells in the hallways and in our room at times. The carpet in our room was torn and dirty. The breakfast was not very good. The hotel was okay. We travel a lot and would probably choose another hotel next time we visit the area.」

「We checked in easily. The room was clean. The AC worked well. I went looking for a gym but there was none, so I jogged around the parking lot. While eating breakfast, I heard the phone ring-and-ring-and-ring-and ring because the front-desk person was also the breakfast person and they could only do one job at a time.」

「The rooms at the Rocky gap Casino are big which are nice. And the bathrooms are large and nice, the toilets are low, however. The general cleanliness of the room was just mediocre, it could use a dusting and a good vacuuming. Great to have the casino on property. The view the outside and the outdoor accommodations are beautiful.」

「The motel room and carpet needs to be cleaned more and the walls also need painting and the window above the kitchen sink needs new kitchen blinds. The curtains hanging in the front window and the rod that holds the curtains needs repair. The chair in the room and the cabinet that holds a customer’s clothes needs to be replaced with a nicer chair and cabinet.」
