「My companions and I were on a five day trip. This was the best hotel we stayed at. Everything was new, modern, and nice. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The breakfast had lots of great choices. I would have been a little hesitant to walk the neighborhood alone, but there were a lot of restaurants within a short drive. Very nice. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Came to town to visit family and wanted to see this impressive hotel that was built just before we moved away. We didn’t really take advantage of all the amenities, but it is modern and comfortable and the bar/restaurant staff are great. There was some small, occasional ticking sound near the entrance of our room that seemed to be caused by vibration in the walls, and there isn’t an option for less lighting in the bathroom. Overall, though, it was one of the best hotel stays we’ve experienced!」

「Check in- The young man who checked me in was marvelous. Unfortunately, I didnt get his name. He checked me early with no problem. The afternoon staff were also excellent. They helped me finding the route of the Apple Blosoom parade. The lobby area is ckean and well maintained.」

「Good, clean hotel in a convenient location near downtown Charleston, W. Va. Was able to check in quickly identify local restaurant and bar options and travel downtown for some food and beverages. As a bonus we got to see the city on foot. Good hotel for a stopover on the road home. 」

「Very charming old-time hotel. Its location is perfect, on the river. The lounge has delicious food. The only drawback is that it's very noisy. Because the building is so old it echoes the noise. 」

「ホテルから車で40分ほど行ったところにある落水荘という建物を見学する為に前泊したホテルです。この界隈は何もない為、夜はホテルで過ごすしかないかと思います。部屋は清潔で広く、インターネット等も問題なく使えたので不便を感じずに過ごせました。朝も朝食がついているので食べずに出かける心配もありませんでした。 とにかく廻りに何もありませんので事前に食料を持ってチェックインする事等おすすめします。」

「The hotel is not the easiest to find as it is tucked in behind a strip mall and a Lowe's as it does not front on any street. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. On the negative side it need some TLC. The carpet in my room had numerous large dirty spots - I was afraid to walk on it barefooted. There were other imperfections like a bathroom door that looked like someone had kicked it in at one point. I expected more from this chain.」
