- No Parties: We love a good time, but we ask that you keep noise to a minimum and refrain from hosting parties.

- Quiet Hours: Please observe the city noise ordinance. Outdoor noise is not permitted after 9 PM until 7 AM.

- Pet Policy: We welcome up to two medium-sized dogs! However, pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. To maintain a clean environment for all guests, pets must not urinate or defecate inside the home. Additional fees will apply.

- Liability Risk: Enjoy our adventurous amenities, including a kayak, paddleboard, and mountain bikes, at your own risk. Please sign the liability form before use, and only participate if you feel experienced and comfortable. Guests are responsible for any injuries.

- Fire Safety: During wildfire season, Prescott may have fire bans that restrict the use of outdoor fireplaces, grills, and smoking. Please be mindful of these regulations.

- Wildlife Awareness: Arizona is home to diverse wildlife. Please don’t leave pets unattended outside, as they may attract unwanted attention from local animals. Also, avoid leaving food outdoors to deter wildlife.

- Smoking Policy: Smoking is allowed outside, provided all windows and doors are closed. Smoking indoors will incur additional fees if smoke odor is detected.
