Great staff. Everything was very clean and organized. Will definitely stay again! The only negative was the continental breakfast. Would of appreciated some hot food.

Everything was great! The only thing we would change is the setup of the breakfast buffet. Having the waffle irons in the center of the buffet caused unnecessary, long lines. I enjoyed the stay. Very nice room and great views. I am unhappy with the fact the I was charged by hotels com and the hotel itself. I overpayed for one night for sure. I will attempt to request a refund for being charged twice.

Loved this property. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans and utensils. The dining area had a large table. All around it worked perfectly for us!

We went to Verde Canyon Railroad, close by was Awesome , You have to ride the train great experience , beautiful scenery.

I was a little bummed that there weren’t any tasting rooms or decent food options in the downtown core. It has a lot of promise and it’s close enough to Cottonwood, Sedona, and Jerome to have a bit of an appeal.
