"Room was clean and decently appointed. Views were great. Mattresses on beds were terrible. They were so soft that I had terrible back and neck pain both nights and couldn’t sleep. The staff swapped a mattress out with another the first night and it was just as bad. Then I was told to use a pool chair cushion to sleep on. Not what I would expect from spending almost $500 a night! I stay in hotels often and have never had a hotel mattress that was as unsupportive. Beware if you have a sensitive back or neck!"
