"Everyone was so nice, so modern in the lobby and room. Very clean. Hung out in the lobby after our hikes and the breakfast in the morning was great. Definitely recommend to stay here and would stay here again in the future. Also, the best location to get to everywhere you’d want to go. "

"It was very expensive for the property itself. An okay experience and hotel but priced like a 5 star resort. Disappointed but it’s hard to find anything in Sedona honestly. Don’t expect luxury as the hotel is dated and looks like an “updated”older property . "

"We stayed here for two nights in March, '26. The suite was rather dark, but otherwise it was nice, and the location is very convenient. We were in the back of the property and it was very quiet, with pretty landscaped grounds to walk through. The room was clean and spacious, and the price (for Sedona) was good. BUT. When I booked this on Expedia, I didn't realize it was a timeshare-type property, and they would try to talk us into attending a presentation, and call us at least three times in the weeks after we checked out. I just booked this as a hotel, not a life commitment. The first two times I was called after leaving, I made it clear I wasn't interested. The third time, I told the caller that this was harassment, and it needed to stop immediately, and I have not been called since. Fingers crossed. Our other issue at the hotel was the check in. The woman at the desk was overwhelmed to the point of being rude and snappy to the lobby full of guests who were waiting to check in. We did not arrive early, because we had a message stating that no rooms are available for early check in, but we still had to wait close to an hour to get into our room. I would still stay here again, but only because Sedona is very expensive, and this was clean and affordable."

"Clean And well maintained property. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with access to trails, town, adventure just outside doorstep. This is a great pet friendly VRBO, with owners very quick to respond and care about your stay. House was very comfortable and clean. Bed was big and comfy too. Our Dog was very relaxed on cool tile floors. Will definitely stay again. "

"This property was very dated for the cost, it was very disappointing for a Courtyard property. The bathrooms didn’t feel clean, the carpets are old and worn out. I was looking forward to leaving the property as quickly as possible, due to the outdated rooms. The location isn’t ideal as well, it’s right at the start of town, a little far from everything."

"Quaint, cozy little apartment. Very quiet area and the bed was comfy. The only thing is I wish the driveway bump (paved to gravel with a small drop) was mentioned in the instructions or property details. Rented a low profile car for my trip and had to be careful pulling in/out. Other than that this property was perfect for my trip! "
